We helped develop the visual-based product development process (“oobeya”) at Toyota Motor Company in the 1990s while dramatically shortening their development time. This process is now the standard inside Toyota. We have implemented it in Europe and North America in nearly 40 installations for aerospace, automotive, construction, electronics, fashion, chemical, medical, software and consumer product industries.
