Takashi has implemented visual-based product development process improvements
at several large automobile manufacturers in Japan, France, and Italy as
a consultant (JMAC Europe) and JMA Consultants, Inc. in Japan. More recently
he has worked with a number of companies in the U.S. B.S., Mechanical Engineering,
Osaka Industrial University, Japan; MBA in international marketing at Oklahoma
City University.

In all his top sales management placements (Japan, Taiwan, US) he expanded sales of the Toyota and Lexus brands. Chikuma-san is an expert of the Toyota Marketing and Sales Management System and now provides consulting focused on improving productivity with Sales Stragety and Sales Process Management. |

Yoshiki Inui served as General Manager at the Product Planning Department
and as Interior Designer in the Style and Design Department at Toyota Motor
Corporation (TMC). After 35 years at TMC, he joined Toyota Engineering
Corporation (TEC). Inui-san supports the QV System practice in Toyota Development
System, as secondary consultant to Takashi Tanaka.In addition, clients
call on him for implementations of Toyota’s design review process.Making
full use of his styling background, Inui-san supported clients in early-stage
development a large vehicle interior in partnership with a famous Toyota
Motor Corporation supplier. |
